What you will be doing:
- Managing diaries, calendars and meeting schedules across the leadership team.
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions to make sure things actually get done.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders — lawyers, accountants, banks and business partners.
- Maintaining records, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting company secretarial tasks as needed.
- Coordinating across multiple simultaneous projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who has done this before and does not need hand-holding.
- You see what needs to happen before being asked.
- Organised, discreet and calm under pressure.
- Strong written English and confident representing the business externally.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously is a plus.
