Procurement Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an Recruitment Procurement Specialist- EMEA to work for our valued client in their office in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries. Responsible for procurement activities within the recruitment services category. # Manage purchase requests of recruitment services category, execute procurement process, and maintain organized data records. # Support project bidding by assisting in documentation, report preparation, and bidding coordination. # Conduct market research and data analysis for staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to support informed procurement decisions. Bachelor or above preferred. # Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, collaborative team player with relevant procurement experience preferred. # Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems. # Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
