We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking an ERP System Operation Specialist to work in one of our valued client offices in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-call customer consultations related to the ERP system (such as finance, procurement, and legal, etc). This includes providing guidelines, addressing system issues, and tracking the fulfilment of optimization requirements.
- Assist in delivering ERP system training to essential users and end-users located in the non-China region, and collect user experience feedback.
- Assist in managing system errors, providing support to customers, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Gather and organize relevant system knowledge into an internal knowledge base, and provide suggestions for enhancing the system's efficiency.
Requirements:
- Junior college or higher.
- Having excellent communication and expression skills, being highly service-oriented, and possessing exceptional emotional management abilities are all important qualities to have.
- Good resilience, and capability to provide reasonable responses and solutions against problems in time.
- Being a quick learner, having a collaborative mindset, working effectively in high-pressure situations, and having the ability to handle high-intensity work.
- Proficient in commonly used office software.
- Fluent English and Mandarin in writing and speaking.
