The Web Content Editor will help shape and elevate the digital experience across our suite of global market websites—a highly visible, global remit within our Global Marketing team. This is a rare opportunity for an individual that has a commercial and creative mindset to showcase their ability to care about both the story and the outcome. The Web Content Editor will contribute to building a best‑in‑class web presence at scale. We’re an ambitious Ecommerce team with bold targets and a shared mission to deliver an outstanding digital experience—this role puts you at the heart of that journey in collaboration with experts in Ecommerce, Content, Creative, Brand, CRM and Social.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables- Create and publish best‑in‑class content that drives movement through the funnel; engaging, nurturing and converting our onsite visitors.
- Turn briefs from Ecommerce and wider teams into compelling, web‑first experiences that meet business objectives.
- Support on campaign user journey ideation and work with other team members to efficiently build, QA and launch campaigns.
- Apply creative and copywriting critique, partnering with creative and copy teams to ensure all web assets are compelling and effectively support user needs and commercial objectives.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with team members to deliver personalised experiences to increase conversion rate.
- Work closely with Ecommerce team members including SEO, our Creative Studio, Digital Product Team, Marketing Leads, Brand, PR, and CRM on cross‑channel initiatives and consistent storytelling.
- Work with product, operations and legal in the rollout of product launches and time sensitive operational updates required to the website.
- Track tasks, status and dependencies within our digital task management system.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and kept up to date with any blockers or dependencies.
- Contribute to the definition of future CMS requirements that enable flexible, efficient content operations.
- Ensure all content published is on‑brand, compliant and factually accurate.
- Own daily QA across key site areas for accuracy, consistency and quality, identifying and prioritising issues for correction and flagging opportunities to improve.
- Proactively propose new content initiatives aligned to business goals and customer needs, contributing ideas that improve engagement, UX, and movement through the funnel.
- Assist in ongoing improvements of customer journey and overall digital customer experience from site to delivery.
- Assist in management of the on‑site tools and technology.

- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in maritime, expedition, or cruise industry beneficial but not required.
- Hands‑on experience with Contentful or another CMS.
- Understanding of customer behaviour, marketing principles, and the web as a marketing channel.
- Familiarity with funnel‑stage content and how to guide users from awareness through to conversion.
- A strong eye for creative composition and the ability to assemble high‑quality web pages.
- Ability to take a brief and elevate it – turning objectives into effective content, pages, or experiences.
- Confident stakeholder management – a collaborative relationship builder who can influence and manage expectations across teams and levels.
- Clear interest in digital marketing, content, and customer‑centric design.
- A portfolio or examples of pages you’ve built, improved, or managed (links welcome).
- Tech‑forward and adaptable, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
