The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the delivery of high‑quality hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging, and screening talent in a fast‑paced environment. This role manages key stages of the end‑to‑end recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on building candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on applications. Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruiter actively contributes to hiring outcomes through strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires high energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, deliver a strong candidate experience, and consistently build towards successful hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This 6 month fixed term contract role is responsible for supporting the delivery of high‑quality hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging, and progressing talent across multiple vacancies. The Recruiter is expected to build strong candidate pipelines, contribute to effective hiring decisions, and continuously develop their capability in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative search techniques.
  • Support and manage end‑to‑end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Partner globally with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment, delivering high‑quality candidates to hiring managers for further interviews.
  • Create a positive and engaging experience for every candidate through open communication, transparency, and prompt, meaningful feedback.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining pace, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system and track recruitment progress.
  • Share candidate and market insights to support hiring decisions and improve attraction strategies.
  • Contribute to additional initiatives and priorities as directed
  • Thinks sustainably and brings this mindset to their team and partners.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full‑cycle hiring.
  • Demonstrable experience in proactively sourcing candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)
  • Strong ability to identify and engage high‑quality talent.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Confident in conducting candidate screening and initial assessment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results‑oriented, with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
