The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging, and screening talent in a fast-paced environment. This role manages key stages of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on building candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on applications. Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruiter actively contributes to hiring outcomes through strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
The position requires high energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, deliver a strong candidate experience, and consistently build towards successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative search techniques.
- Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Partner globally with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment, delivering high-quality candidates to hiring managers for further interviews.
- Create a positive and engaging experience for every candidate through open communication, transparency, and prompt, meaningful feedback.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining pace, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system and track recruitment progress.
- Share candidate and market insights to support hiring decisions and improve attraction strategies.
- Contribute to additional initiatives and priorities as directed.
