The Fleet Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end external/internal recruitment/promotion process for shipboard positions across the fleet. The role ensures the timely sourcing, attraction, selection, and hiring of qualified seafarers across all departments to meet operational manning requirements.
