Job Description

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

The

Finance Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, delivering an efficient, high-quality administrative service to internal stakeholders and guests.

The role reports to the Finance Manager, and further supports the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Creating & maintaining vendor records within the finance system MS Dynamic
  • Responsible for creating purchase requisition and orders as needed.
  • Support monthly/weekly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Perform credit controls as instructed by credit controllers or Finance Manager, including reviewing aged creditors.
  • Maintain data accuracy across assigned data sets.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure that emails are assigned the relevant team/person within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Adhere to finance protocols, policies and procedures and operate in full compliance to guidelines.
  • Contribute to broader team and business priorities as needed.
  • Thinks sustainably and brings this mindset to their team and partners.
  • Champions the HX Spirits.
