A bit about what you will do

  • The Assistant Outlet Manager embraces every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.
  • Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
  • Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
