Candidate Profile- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury hotels
- Track record of delivering business growth and achievement through a strong commercial approach.

- Strong knowledge of health, safety, legal and brand compliance standards
- Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor portfolio and UK market
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
