The hotel has 15 well-appointed conference and meeting rooms, catering for up to 600 delegates. Responsibilities:
- The Front Of House Coordinator will be responsible for a smooth flow of the Front Office day‑to‑day operations by ensuring all the back office administration tasks are proactively completed and executed.
- Ensure smooth daily Front Office operations.
- Support managers with admin tasks and goals.
- Apply Marriott Brand Standards consistently.
- Handle guest queries, VIPs, and correspondence.
- Manage group bookings and flight delay arrivals.
- Resolve complaints and billing issues promptly.
