Our CYPS Community Team in Northeast Hampshire (covering Hart & Rushmoor) is a highly supportive, friendly, and innovative service. Guided by the i-THRIVE framework, we focus on providing Getting More Help and Risk Support to children and young people. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.
What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with overall leadership and management support to the CYPS Community Team.
- Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Northeast Hampshire.
- Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient‑focused care.
- Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.
