Hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager owning the technology environment for this company's London headquarters, with responsibility for other offices. This isn't a pure service desk role. You'll be the go-to person for everything from Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID to firewall management, server infrastructure, and vendor contracts. You'll report directly to the Global VP of IT Digital and be trusted to keep a busy corporate office running without close supervision.
What you'll be doing:
- Running the IT service desk and owning incident, problem, and change management
- Managing the full Microsoft 365 estate including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
- Owning London office infrastructure — servers, networking, firewalls (Fortigate), backups, and telephony
- Administering SSO and identity management across the application estate
- Managing key supplier relationships
- Driving service quality through SLA reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement
Key skills:
- 5+ years in IT support with at least 2 in a management role
- Deep Microsoft 365 and Entra ID expertise — this is non-negotiable
- Networking and infrastructure skills (LAN/WAN, DNS, SD-WAN, Fortigate)
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Someone who can work independently
