Treasury Manager

A rapidly expanding organisation is modernising and strengthening its Treasury function as the business scales beyond the current limits. As part of this evolution, the company is building a Treasury function from scratch and recruiting a Treasury Manager to take ownership of cash management, forecasting, governance, and controls as the function matures. This newly high‑impact role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing structure, building processes and improving automation across a complex, multi‑entity environment. The role includes responsibility for establishing processes and procedures and developing documentation along the way.

About the role:

• Lead daily cash and liquidity management, ensuring visibility and control across all bank accounts.
• Build and standardise treasury processes, controls, and policies.
• Drive automation and efficiency, streamlining manual workflows and optimising banking platforms.
• Own short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasting, partnering closely with Finance and operational teams.
• Play a key role in strengthening governance, risk management, and banking relationships.

About You:

• Strong hands‑on cash management experience.
• Comfortable shaping and maturing a treasury function.
• Process‑mindful with a track record in automation / transformation.
• Confident communicator able to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
