The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a high-impact role for an experienced and commercially minded Affiliate Marketing Manager. You’ll take full ownership of the affiliate marketing programme: shaping the strategy, driving performance, and building meaningful partnerships that contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable affiliate marketing strategy - one that goes beyond voucher and cashback sites.
- Recruit and nurture affiliate partners to drive engagement, retention and ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures and optimise performance based on data and audience insights.
- Monitor affiliate campaigns and regularly report on performance, using analytics and A/B testing to guide decision making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader goals.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external networks and ensure best-in-class compliance and execution.
- Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends and ensure the programme remains competitive and innovative.
About You
You’re results-driven, strategic and comfortable operating in a fast-moving retail environment. You enjoy owning your remit, thrive on optimising performance, and know how to work cross-functionally to get things done.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking tech and performance analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset.
- Confidence negotiating commission structures and managing performance data.
- A passion for digital marketing and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in retail from, predominantly from a D2C/B2C perspective.
