Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for improving the lives of young people? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee multiple childrens residential homes, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

As an Operations Manager, you will:Oversee multiple childrens homes, ensuring they meet Ofsted regulationsLead and develop a team, fostering a positive and high-performing cultureDrive service improvements while maintaining high standards of careManage budgets, occupancy levels, and workforce efficiencyBuild strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and external stakeholders
