Location: Blackwell, Derbyshire (J28, M1)

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 22.5hrs per week

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

The Opportunity:

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring that employees are paid correctly and in accordance with relevant legislation, company policies and payroll procedures. The role will also provide support with subcontractor invoice processing and payments, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, approved appropriately and paid in line with agreed payment terms and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and/or monthly payrolls accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Input and maintain payroll information, including new starters, leavers, changes to salaries, bank details, working hours and contractual changes.
  • Process payments relating to overtime, bonuses, commissions, expenses, allowances.
