Interim Solutions are supporting a European infrastructure organisation to appoint an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the implementation of a unified ERP platform across the business. The role will oversee the delivery of a single SaaS ERP solution across Finance, HR, and Procurement, replacing legacy systems and enabling standardised, compliant processes across multiple European locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP transformation programme end-to-end
  • Define programme governance, roadmap, and delivery plan
  • Oversee process design across Finance, HR, and Procurement
  • Manage system integrator and data strategy
  • Lead testing, deployment, and hypercare
  • Drive change management and user adoption
  • Ensure governance, alignment, and performance tracking

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale SaaS ERP programmes (ideally Oracle Fusion or Workday)
  • Strong leadership experience in complex, multi-country environments
  • Deep understanding of Finance, HR, and Procurement processes
  • Strong experience in programme governance, risk management, and vendor management
  • Experience managing system integrators and delivery partners in a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of data migration, integration, and testing strategies
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise change management and user adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication
