HW Interim Solutions are working with an international consumer facing organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a number of business and technology transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into practical solutions and driving change through to successful delivery.
Working across a varied portfolio of change projects, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes and ensuring solutions are successfully delivered and adopted.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and use cases.
- Review and challenge existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with developers, architects and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, test case creation, UAT and defect resolution.
- Produce and maintain process documentation, requirements artefacts and project deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT functions and external vendors.
- Support implementation, knowledge transfer and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Contribute to risk identification, issue management and continuous improvement activities.
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex business and technology environments.
- Strong requirements engineering experience, including business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proven experience of process mapping, process improvement and business analysis methodologies.
- Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience working alongside developers, architects and technical delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience supporting testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology partners.
- Process modelling tools and requirements management platforms such as Confluence and Jira.
- Experience working within complex operational or regulated environments.
This is offered on a day rate basis, outside of IR25. Hybrid working in London or Brussels.
