HW Interim Solutions are supporting a key client to appoint a Business Analyst for a 6-month interim assignment. As a Business Analyst within a project team your primary responsibility will be to engage with stakeholders to understand financial and operational requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose targeted, effective solutions.
You will support the design and delivery of improved finance processes through data analysis, business process re-engineering, and the identification of automation opportunities. This assignment requires a solutions-focused Business Analyst with a strong finance background and demonstrable experience in delivering process improvements across finance operations.
You will bring a structured approach to problem-solving and have a proven ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive positive change. Experience with financial systems such as Oracle (or similar ERP platforms) is highly desirable, along with strong skills in documenting processes, user guides and onboarding materials.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in complex environments and will have a track record of successfully delivering change initiatives, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
