HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a Yorkshire based client to appoint a Senior PMO & Change Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a period of significant people-led and organisational transformation. This role sits at the heart of a complex change agenda, with a strong emphasis on HR-driven programmes, cultural change, capability uplift and the coordination of multiple interdependent initiatives.
The role includes:
- Lead and mature the PMO capability across a broad portfolio of HR, people and business change initiatives.
- Put in place clear governance, prioritisation and reporting, ensuring senior leaders have confidence in delivery, sequencing and capacity.
- Act as a key partner to HR, People and Transformation leaders, translating strategic intent into structured, deliverable plans.
- Embed robust change management disciplines, supporting adoption, engagement and sustainability across the organisation.
- Provide clear, pragmatic insight into risks, dependencies, resourcing and delivery trade-offs, operating comfortably in an evolving environment.
About you:
- Proven experience operating in a senior PMO role within complex, change-heavy organisations.
- Strong exposure to HR, people change, organisational design or cultural transformation.
- Comfortable working at pace with senior stakeholders.
