HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a Financial Services business to appoint an experienced Interim Investor Relations Specialist for an interim assignment, duration at 12 months minimum. This is a strategically important role, operating at the centre of the equity narrative and investor interface during a period of continued growth and anticipated transaction activity.
The successful individual will take ownership of the equity story, ensuring it is clear, credible and compelling. You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to articulate the business model, market positioning and long term value proposition to investors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Shaping and refining the equity story and investor messaging
- Acting as the primary point of contact for investor queries
- Managing relationships with debt and equity stakeholders
- Preparing board level materials and investor communications
- Supporting due diligence processes and ensuring transaction readiness
- Providing market insight and intelligence to inform positioning and messaging
A transaction is expected in the near future, therefore experience of operating through due diligence, refinancing or exit processes is essential.
We are seeking a senior finance professional with:
- Demonstrable Investor Relations experience
- Strong Private Equity exposure
- Financial Services background, ideally wealth or asset management
- Experience supporting capital events or strategic transactions
- The credibility and presence to operate confidently at Board and investor level
This role requires a commercially astute individual who understands how to translate financial performance into a coherent and persuasive investment case.
