HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a progressive manufacturing business embarking on a pivotal transformation, seeking to appoint an experienced Interim PMO for a 9–12-month assignment.
This organisation is undergoing rapid growth and aims to establish professional, scalable structures to support its ambitions. Central to this effort is the immediate need for a centralised, strategic project management office to effectively steer its transformation initiatives.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Management professional with deep expertise in driving large-scale ERP implementations, orchestrating successful product development cycles, and launching new entities globally. The ideal candidate will bring a clear vision of what “excellence” looks like in established organisations, combined with the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented business environment.
The successful candidate will design and implement a robust project delivery framework aligned with business needs, manage a diverse project portfolio to ensure timely execution, and lead transformative initiatives across multiple business lines.
