Oracle Solution Architect | Finance Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Interim Oracle Solution Architect to support a complex, multi-region finance systems transformation within a large, international organisation.
This is a hands-on, senior level assignment combining finance systems architecture, functional solution design, delivery and ongoing application support.
The mandate is to help shape and deliver a unified, Oracle-led finance systems landscape, integrating legacy and operational platforms while supporting the continued optimisation of existing Oracle deployments.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP solution design and delivery across a phased, multi-country transformation.
- Support the transition from a complex legacy systems environment towards a standardised, integrated finance technology blueprint.
- Provide hands-on functional expertise across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Design and oversee integrations between Oracle and surrounding finance, operational and third-party systems, including EPM and Coupa.
- Balance transformation delivery with BAU support, including issue triage, initial fixes, configuration changes and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, architecture teams and external delivery partners to ensure robust, scalable solutions and consistent design standards.
- Strong Oracle ERP functional expertise, with hands-on configuration experience across R2R, P2P and O2C.
- A predominantly functional profile, complemented by technical capability (approximately 80% functional / 20% technical).
- Practical technical skills in BI Publisher (BIP) report development, OTBI and systems integrations.
- A strong finance and accounting background, with the ability to engage credibly with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- A proven track record of leading complex finance systems change and transformation within multi-entity or multi-country environments.
- Experience with Oracle EPM, Coupa and integrations across wider finance technology landscapes.
- The ability to operate at both solution architecture and hands-on delivery level, including supporting live systems and resolving functional or technical issues.
