HW Interim Solutions are working with a highly acquisitive business to engage an interim M&A Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the client’s future by identifying, evaluating and executing strategic transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.

You will lead negotiations and due diligence processes for potential transactions, ensuring that all deals align with the client’s strategic objectives. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that can drive business growth and enhance their competitive position.

South West based – Hybrid working. Start Date: March / early April, c12 month contract.

To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record in corporate development and M&A. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and other stakeholders. Consultancy or Big4 experience would be highly advantageous.
