HW Interim Solutions are supporting a purpose-led, regulated organisation through a period of significant operational and cultural transformation. They’re now seeking an Interim Head of Process Excellence to shape and lead a process improvement agenda across the group — someone who can bring structure, unlock efficiencies, and support their wider ambition to become more agile, effective, and customer focused.
This is a key appointment within the transformation leadership team. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and service teams to design a scalable process excellence framework, create meaningful performance metrics and help embed a culture of continuous improvement. There's a clear mandate to drive efficiency gains, streamline ways of working and ensure change is aligned with the organisation’s strategic and customer-focused priorities.
We’re looking for a seasoned process leader — someone confident navigating complex environments with the technical depth and credibility to guide process improvement at both strategic and delivery levels. You’ll have experience working across regulated or customer centric industries and a strong track record of applying Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to real-world operations. Coaching others, influencing senior leaders and simplifying the complex will come naturally to you.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A background in business or service transformation with a strong process focus
- Proven experience building or maturing process excellence or continuous improvement functions
- Deep working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (Black Belt or above preferred)
- Strong commercial and stakeholder awareness — confident managing both strategic conversations and delivery milestones
- A collaborative, coaching approach — able to bring others with you and build internal capability
