We’re seeking an interim leader with hands-on experience building and shaping BI, Analytics & AI capabilities from the ground up. Your role is to collaborate closely with senior leadership to design team structure, define processes and map out a delivery pipeline that supports the wider data transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and document a scalable BI, analytics and AI operating model
- Define roles, responsibilities and workflows for a future team
- Identify resource needs and gaps to build a high-performing function
- Establish collaboration frameworks with Data Management, Engineering, and Governance
- Set priorities that align with business objectives and CoE/satellite models
