HW Interim Solution s are working with a large scale enterprise to appoint a Data Professional who will provide expert support and challenge to the existing data lead as the business enters a critical transformation phase.
With a modern platform environment already in place, the focus is now on unlocking asset data value through stronger science, architecture and governance practices. The candidate will have a practical and delivery-focused mindset, and able to work collaboratively, operating as a trusted sounding board to the Head of Data.

- Strengthen the organisation’s data science, architecture and governance capabilities
- Enhance the quality and structure of asset data across the business
- Operate as a right-hand support to the current data lead, offering challenge and experience
- Help shape the direction of ongoing transformation through hands-on guidance
- Drive clarity, structure and practical solutions in a complex environment
Ideal profile:
- A seasoned interim data leader with a track record across multiple sectors
- Strong grounding in asset data, with technical fluency in data science, architecture and governance
- Ideally experienced in hub-and-spoke operating models
- Pragmatic, delivery-oriented and hands-on.
- Confident working alongside senior leadership, offering insight without overstepping
