HW Interim Solutions is partnering with a UK-based manufacturing client to appoint an Interim CFO. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with the Board on key financial decisions, leading the finance function during a critical period for the business.

As CFO, you will take responsibility for the company’s financial performance with core responsibilities including improving accounting processes, simplifying legal structures, and strengthening the financial framework to align with both operational and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on leader with a solid background in strategic financial management, preferably within manufacturing and high-growth environments. This position demands a collaborative team player who can seamlessly integrate strategic vision with practical execution, cultivate trusted relationships across the organisation, and drive lasting improvements in financial operations and overall business readiness.
