HW Interim Solutions are partnered with a leading provider within the regulated infrastructure and services sector to appoint a Head of Digital on an interim basis - 12 month FTC. The Head of Digital will lead a major digital transformation and service delivery programme. This is a pivotal role focused on transforming how customers engage with the business - digitising interactions, increasing self‑service adoption and driving greater operational efficiency. You will shape and execute the organisation’s digital roadmap, ensuring digital services are accessible, inclusive and aligned with customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the digital transformation strategy across customer‑facing and internal platforms.
- Drive digitisation of customer interactions and enhance online and app‑based self‑service capabilities.
- Work closely with IT, operations and customer service teams to enable system integration and automation.
- Champion user‑centric design, accessibility and innovation in all digital initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing stakeholders in a complex and regulated environment.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation or digital service delivery within a large, complex, or regulated organisation (e.g. utilities, public sector, telecoms, or energy).
- Demonstrable success in transforming customer‑facing digital services, beyond marketing or eCommerce.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technology, operations, and customer functions.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong delivery focus and a passion for improving customer experience through digital innovation.
