HW Interim Solutions are looking to engage an Interim IT Procurement Specialist for our consumer client. You will support and navigate the business through a key phase of transformation. Demonstrable history of commercial and procurement strategy for major digital transformation programmes. You will shape and negotiate complex software, SaaS and systems integration agreements that will support a new enterprise-wide target architecture. Focus on ensuring long-term commercial value, future-proof licensing models, and strategic supplier partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead complex procurement and competitive tender processes for technology and implementation partners
- Negotiate high-value enterprise software, SaaS and professional services agreements
- Optimise licensing structures and drive value-for-money outcomes across strategic suppliers
- Support sourcing of additional digital and technology capabilities
- Ensure implementation and consulting partners are commercially aligned to delivery expectations
- Create supplier performance metrics and support long-term supplier governance
- Advise senior stakeholders on commercial strategy, supplier risk and software investment decisions
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in enterprise software and SaaS procurement
- A strong track record negotiating with major technology vendors in complex environments
- Deep understanding of SaaS licensing, software renewals and enterprise commercial models
- Experience procuring professional services and systems implementation support
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to balance robust negotiation with strategic relationship management
- Excellent communication and influencing capability at senior leadership level
Desirable:
- Exposure to enterprise platforms and systems integrators such as IFS, Microsoft, RELEX Solutions and Bytes Technology Group
- Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or other operationally complex environments
- Previous involvement in ERP or large-scale transformation programmes
