The Opportunity Reporting into the People team, you'll become the organisation's subject matter expert for employee relations, partnering with managers to navigate complex people challenges while driving a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.

Contribute to the ongoing development of people policies, manager capability and employee experience initiatives.
Use data and employee relations insight to identify trends, mitigate risk and shape continuous improvement across the People function.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, becoming a valued adviser on employee relations matters.
About You We're keen to speak with experienced Employee Relations professionals who combine strong technical knowledge with a collaborative and commercial approach.
You'll ideally bring: Significant experience managing complex employee relations within a fast-paced, international organisation.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, with exposure to international employment legislation highly desirable.
The confidence to influence, coach and challenge managers at all levels.
Experience supporting organisational change and driving manager capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
