Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Candidate Manager to join our Leeds or Birmingham team to support the delivery of senior interim assignments.

The Role: You will play a key role in delivering interim assignments, working closely with Directors, clients and senior interim professionals. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering interim assignments across multiple sectors
  • Market mapping and developing target lists
  • Identifying and engaging senior interim professionals
  • Qualifying and presenting candidates to clients
  • Managing interviews and the candidate process through to placement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with interim leaders
  • Providing market insight to clients and colleagues

About You: You will ideally bring experience from:

  • Executive search
  • Interim management/contract recruitment
  • Professional services recruitment

You will be comfortable engaging with senior professionals, managing assignments and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
