HW Interim Solutions are supporting a financial services client in their search for an Interim Head of Operational Transformation to support a critical period of change, specifically within their wealth management function. This is an assignment for a period of 6 months that will suit a commercially astute and operationally focussed professional interim with the ability to drive meaningful change, improve performance and prepare the business for wider organisational developments.

A key focus of the role will be to ensure operational alignment with both regulatory expectations and future business needs while also preparing the team for longer-term structural and strategic shifts across the organisation.
