Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Candidate Manager to join our Leeds or Birmingham team to support the delivery of senior interim assignments.
The Role:
- You will play a key role in delivering interim assignments, working closely with Directors, clients and senior interim professionals.
- Responsibilities include:
- Delivering interim assignments across multiple sectors
- Market mapping and developing target lists
- Identifying and engaging senior interim professionals
- Qualifying and presenting candidates to clients
- Managing interviews and the candidate process through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with interim leaders
- Providing market insight to clients and colleagues
About You:
You will ideally bring experience from:
- Executive search
- Interim management/contract recruitment
- Professional services recruitment
You will be comfortable engaging with senior professionals, managing assignments and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
