We're looking for a proactive and organised Finance & Operations Assistant to join our growing Group Operations & Finance team. This is a varied role with a primary focus on finance administration, alongside supporting the day to day running of our Leeds office and wider Group operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control and client liaison
- Processing contractor timesheets and accounts payable
- Supporting banking administration and reconciliations
- Providing operational support including onboarding, IT and supplier coordination
- Troubleshooting day to day operational issues and escalating where appropriate
- Supporting wider operational activities during busy periods and annual leave, including website updates, software licence management and supplier orders
- Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations and People to keep the business running smoothly
