We are hiring an Executive Search Associate to join our growing Global Consumer practice. This opportunity could suit:

  • An experienced recruiter looking to transition into retained executive search
  • Someone with commercial or industry experience who is interested in building a long-term career in executive search and leadership advisory.

You will work closely with experienced executive search professionals and gain exposure to senior level hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and global market mapping. We are looking for intellectually curious individuals who are commercially minded, relationship driven and motivated by long-term career development.

What you will be doing:

  • Mapping global consumer markets, competitors and leadership structures
  • Identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across international markets
  • Conducting detailed candidate outreach and assessment conversations
  • Supporting retained executive search delivery from briefing through to appointment
  • Managing candidate and client processes with a high level of professionalism
  • Producing market insight and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Building long-term relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
  • Contributing insight into market trends and potential client opportunities

The level and scope of responsibility will reflect your previous experience and background. For experienced recruiters, there is an opportunity to take ownership of search delivery and candidate engagement quickly. For individuals transitioning from industry, we provide training and support to build capability within executive search.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, recruitment or executive search
  • Alternatively, commercial or industry experience with a strong interest in executive search and leadership consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses operate and grow
  • High levels of organisation, accountability and attention to detail
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset
