Operations Director – Leeds

Are you a dynamic operations leader ready to take full ownership of a fast-growing, national team? We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to drive operational excellence and commercial success with full P&L accountability. You’ll lead a high-performing structure with the opportunity to appoint further Operations Managers as we continue to scale

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring:

• Strong operational oversight and commercial acumen
• The ability to deliver at volume and pace across a nationwide footprint
• Close collaboration with internal teams, including SHEQ and Continuous Improvement & Process Leads, to embed scalable systems ensuring compliance, safety, and quality

What We’re Looking For

You’re an accomplished operations leader from a mechanical or technical background (plumbing, electrical, M&E) with experience in:

• Retail and distribution environments
• Complex FM or reactive maintenance delivery
• Scaling teams, refining processes, and managing growth phases

Your leadership style is modern, inclusive, and energetic. You thrive managing high-demand client relationships that require flexibility and enjoy driving a nationwide delivery operation at pace.

Location & Package

• Base: Castleford
• National travel: must be site-accessible as required
