With deep insight into global consumer markets, we identify leaders who inspire multi-cultural and multi-generational teams in a sustainable and commercially effective way. We are hiring a Research Assistant or Researcher to join our growing team.
What you will be doing:
- Mapping global consumer markets and organisational structures
- Identifying and engaging senior leadership talent
- Speaking directly with senior level candidates to assess suitability
- Supporting or leading delivery across retained executive searches
- Managing candidate processes end to end
- Contributing insight into market trends and potential client opportunities
At Assistant level, you will build core research capability and support delivery. At Researcher level, you will take ownership of search execution and candidate engagement.
What we are looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses are structured
- High levels of organisation and accountability
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
- Previous executive search or recruitment research experience is advantageous but not essential for Assistant level.
