The Opportunity
The role of Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial leaders, providing insight, challenging decisions and support strategic and operational decisions. This is a highly visible role offering excellent exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence performance within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations and sales teams to drive business performance.
- Produce meaningful financial analysis, reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for key business areas.
- Develop financial models to evaluate new commercial opportunities, investments and business initiatives.
- Analyse revenue, margins, pricing and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Deliver robust variance analysis with clear commentary and actionable recommendations.
- Support the preparation of board reporting.
- Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to improve financial performance.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, forecasting and commercial processes.
- Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial information and consistent reporting.
- Support strategic projects including acquisitions, business integrations, process improvement and systems development where required.

You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience in a Commercial Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner role.
