Internal Audit – Professional Practices
specialist to join our growing Internal Audit function.

Reporting directly to the
Head of Internal Audit – Professional Practices
, this is a key individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership, our global audit teams, and a diverse, fast-paced business.

About the role:

  • Report on issue remediation activity through monthly and quarterly processes.
  • Perform month-end tasks including data quality checks, creating presentations, and distributing management packs.
  • Lead on Internal Audit KPI reporting and dashboards.
  • Partner with the Head of Internal Audit to develop new operational and insights reporting, providing visibility into audit delivery, reports, and actions.
  • Support the preparation of Audit Committee papers and ad hoc management reporting.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to audit methodologies and procedures, ensuring consistency across the global audit team.
  • Contribute to the Internal Audit Strategy through practical ideas and delivery support.
  • Support configuration and administration of our audit management system.
  • Drive critical initiatives that position Internal Audit as a
    valued business partner

  • Manage global Internal Audit team meetings, training events, and engagement initiatives.

About you:

  • Strong background in internal audit with a professional qualification such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
  • Excellent understanding of internal controls, including design, implementation, and testing.
  • Skilled in creating clear procedure guidance and training materials.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
