Are you a forward-thinking finance leader who thrives on turning insight into action? This newly created Head of FP&A role sits at the heart of a fast-evolving, product-led business undergoing significant growth and transformation.
You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to drive strategic planning, performance management and decision-making across a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role with full visibility and influence across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to improve commercial awareness and drive performance.
- Developing and enhancing KPI reporting, dashboards, and analysis to turn data into actionable insight.
- Implementing improved systems and reporting tools to streamline budgeting and forecasting.
- Supporting strategic projects, business planning, and long-term investment decisions.
- Managing a small team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant FP&A or commercial finance experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills - confident influencing at Board level.
- Demonstrable experience of driving change, improving reporting processes, and delivering insight-led decision support.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability - comfortable with data and detail.
- Experience within a multi-product, fast-paced environment such as retail, manufacturing or distribution would be an advantage.
