An international, highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Group Tax Manager to join its Group finance function on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to complex international tax matters, senior stakeholders, and Group‑wide projects during a defined period of change.

The Role

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders and external advisors, you will be responsible for delivering a robust operational tax framework while supporting the ongoing execution of the Group Tax Strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and enhancing tax governance, policies, processes, and controls
  • Leading Pillar 2 compliance, including data collection, calculations, filings, and top‑up taxes
  • Managing Group tax provisioning, reporting, and financial statement disclosures
  • Overseeing transfer pricing compliance for intra‑group services
  • Monitoring domestic and international tax developments and assessing impacts on the business
  • Supporting multi‑jurisdictional tax projects and managing interactions with tax authorities
  • Driving improvements in tax processes, forecasting, and reporting
  • Providing oversight of VAT compliance and supporting employment tax matters
