We're recruiting an Operational Assistant to join a high-performing finance team supporting a portfolio of complex client accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys working across finance, operations and stakeholder management.
The Role You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while helping to deliver an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Raising customer invoices and credit notes Creating purchase orders and supporting supplier processes Coordinating intercompany transactions and agreements Processing financial transactions and cost allocations Supporting month-end activities and reporting requirements Setting up new clients, projects and suppliers within finance systems Assisting with contract and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with numbers and systems.
