HW Finance are proud to be partnering with an ambitious, fast-paced international business to appoint a Global Head of FP&A.

This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting into the CFO and sitting at the heart of strategic decision making.

You'll lead the financial planning process, provide meaningful commercial insight to senior stakeholders, and help shape the direction of a growing business.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining technical financial planning with genuine commercial influence.

You'll be comfortable challenging assumptions, interpreting complex data, and translating numbers into actions that improve business performance.

The Opportunity You'll take ownership of the group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring the business has accurate, insightful financial information to support decision making.

Working closely with senior leaders across multiple functions, you'll help drive performance, identify opportunities, manage risk and improve financial visibility across the organisation.

Alongside leading the planning cycle, you'll also play a key role in strategic analysis, cashflow forecasting, board reporting and supporting wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget, forecasting and reforecasting process.

Produce high-quality financial models, forecasts and performance analysis.

Deliver insightful board reporting and executive presentations.

Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams.

Monitor business performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and key trends.

Develop cashflow forecasting and support strategic investment decisions.

Provide detailed financial analysis to support commercial decision making.

Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and planning tools.

Lead and develop a small, high-performing FP&A team.

Act as a trusted business partner to the executive leadership team.

About You We're looking for an experienced FP&A leader who combines strong technical capability with excellent commercial awareness.

You'll likely bring: Significant experience within FP&A or Commercial Finance leadership.

Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

A naturally inquisitive approach and a desire to understand what drives business performance.

Experience producing board-level reporting and strategic insight.

Strong analytical skills with exposure to modern reporting and BI tools.
