Job Description
Commercial Finance Analyst – Hybrid (North West)
Salary: Up to £40,000 5% bonus study support
We’re looking for an ambitious, part-qualified (or finalist) finance professional to join a supportive, collaborative finance team within a growing retail business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, enjoys working with data, and wants to develop into a future business partner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing insightful reporting and analysis to help the business understand performance, risks and opportunities.
- Supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial models to aid decision making.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business, building relationships and constructively challenging to add value.
- Streamlining processes, improving reporting, and driving better use of data (Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI).
- Playing a key role in helping the business grow, while developing your own career towards a business partnering role.
What we’re looking for:
- Part-qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with the ambition to qualify – study support provided.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- Good communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
- Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A proactive mindset, eager to improve processes and drive change.
