Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 5 PM – 9 PM (4-hour shifts)

Job Summary:
As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients\’ spaces. You\’ll be part of a friendly team working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
You will manage and complete various cleaning tasks safely and effectively, promptly reporting any issues and safety hazards. Your safety is critical to us, so we will ensure you know our latest policies and provide the necessary training to perform your role.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to the Site Supervisor.
As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be expected to:
- Provide cleaning services within our clients\’ sites, ensuring high-quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Complete cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, and other duties.
- Ensure good working relationships with work and site employees.
- Keep up-to-date with good working practices, products, and techniques to ensure and maintain knowledge.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Comply with current Health and Safety Legislation.
To be successful in the cleaning operative role, the skills you will need:
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
- Organisational skills.
- Awareness of relevant Health and safety practices and procedures.
- Previous Team Leader experience
