Full-Time Caretaker - (HAW2511)

Location: 76 East Street, Brighton – BN1 1NF
Salary: 17.20 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working pattern: Monday-Friday: 7.30 AM -3:00 PM and 8:00 AM AM on a Saturday

Total: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

As a Caretaker, you\’ll play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. Working as part of a supportive team, you\’ll complete caretaking and cleaning duties efficiently, ensuring high standards and compliance with health and safety practices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Team Leader and complete assigned caretaking tasks.
• Carry out general cleaning and maintenance duties, including:
• Jet washing car parks.
• Removing graffiti.
• General upkeep of site areas.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and site staff.
• Stay updated on cleaning techniques, products, and best practices.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
• Promote equality, diversity, and non-discriminatory practices at work.

Skills & Experience

• Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
• Previous caretaker experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
