About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager & Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Henley-on-Thames. This is a client-facing role focused on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a proactive sales approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts
  • Background in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the local business community in Oxfordshire/Berkshire area
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
