If you have exceptional customer service skills and want to be part of a caring, purpose-driven team, this is a great opportunity to join FluCamp (part of hVIVO) as a Patient & Volunteer Enrolment (PaVE) Coordinator. FluCamp conducts human clinical trials aimed at improving the treatment — and potential eradication — of common illnesses such as colds and flu. Our studies are carried out in a safe, controlled clinical environment with our volunteers at the heart of everything we do.

As a PaVE Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for volunteers, guiding them through screening, enrolment and participation in clinical trials. This is not a sales role — all volunteers have registered independently. You'll provide clear information, confirm medical history, assess eligibility, book appointments and support volunteers throughout their journey, delivering an excellent experience at every stage.

Contract & Working Pattern

  • Bank contract
  • Ideally 4-5 days per week
  • 30-37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Remote working - 1st day is in our London office

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical telephone screenings to confirm volunteer suitability
  • Answer volunteer queries via phone, email, chat and text
  • Book screening and follow-up appointments
  • Accurately enter and maintain volunteer records and medical information
  • Liaise with GP surgeries and internal clinical teams
  • Provide volunteers with information on appointments, procedures and compensation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study protocols and eligibility criteria
  • Meet KPIs while delivering a high standard of volunteer care
  • Ensure confidentiality, care, data protection and compliance at all times
